The mare is an unraced daughter of GSP Refugee (Unaccounted For), whose 11 winners include 'TDN Rising Star' presented by Hagyard dual Grade I scorer Executiveprivilege (First Samurai) and Hoppertunity (Any Given Saturday), also a two-time winner at the highest level. The red-hot Brian Lynch will give a leg up to Florent Geroux.
Epic Fashionista (Epicenter), who RNAd for $35,000 as a Keeneland September yearling before blossoming into a $450,000 OBS March 2-year-old (under-tack video), is out of a full-sister to the classy Mary's Follies (More Than Ready), the dam of champion 'TDN Rising Star' and MGISW Regal Glory (Animal Kingdom); dual G1 February Stakes hero Cafe Pharoah (American Pharoah), champion dirt horse in Japan; Group 3 winner and GI Kentucky Derby participant Luxor Cafe (American Pharoah); and MGSW Night Prowler (Giant's Causeway). Dam Clarendon Fancy (Malibu Moon) is related to eight winners out of MSW Catch My Fancy (Yes It's True), chief among them SW & GSP Dubini (Gio Ponti), SW What a Catch (Justin Phillip) and SP Cancel This (Malibu Moon). Another full-sister to Clarendon Moon, Catch the Moon, is the dam of GSW/MGISP Midnight Bourbon (Tiznow), GISW Girvin (Tale of Ekati) and GSWs Cocked and Loaded (Colonel John) and Pirate's Bunch (Shanghai Bobby).
